Had an appointment booked with Practice Nurse Lynn and am extremely grateful for the care, kindness and reassurance she provided me with throughout. I was previously apprehensive about the appointment however as soon as I entered the room, my mind was put at rest by Lynn's personal, considerate approach.

Today my little girl had her one year immunizations, I was dreading it. I already knew it was 4 injections, and I knew she was going to scream. I felt sick just waiting in reception. However, there were 2 fantastic nurses in the consultation, who first tried to alleviate my anxiety, they explained everything clearly, and efficiently and were very compassionate. Having two nurses carry out the four immunizations together meant that my little girl only had to endure pain twice, which obviously is so much better. I was so pleased with how the appointment went. I understand that NHS budgets are tight, and having two nurses together isn't always financially viable, however in this situation it honestly did minimise the upset (both her and me!!!) and meant we received the highest standard of care today. Thank you Lynne and Liane!

We as a familyhave always had a good experience with the practice. Everybody is friendly and helpful and I can't imagine moving as I'm sure we couldn't find a better practice anywhere else in the district.

My daughter recently needed to see a GP and, consequently, was referred for blood tests. Getting an appointment was easy, having the appointment arranged for the blood tests was only a matter of fitting around my work schedule (magic cream and colourful "well done" stickers supplied!) and getting to speak to the doctor to discuss the results was lovely. Thank you to everyone involved.
